To help you find the perfect instrument we now offer customers in the NYC metro area the opportunity to experience the fit and feel of the piano where they will play it. Our team of specialized movers bring the piano to you, assemble it where you choose, and a technician will be on hand to provide a tuning.

After spending some time with the instrument in your home you can decide to keep it, perfectly positioned and freshly tuned, or our movers will bring it back to our workshop.

Spend some time with the instrument to decide if it stays in its new home or if the movers bring it back to the workshop.

In-home trials are available between 10am-3pm on Monday-Saturday for a non-refundable fee of $150*, due before delivery. To purchase the piano from your in-home trial, please have an appropriate payment method ready (certified check and/or credit) for the full amount. Without full payment, our team will pack-up the piano and schedule the final delivery date when payment can be made.

*an additional $10 per stair will be added when present. In-home trials are not offered to walk-ups beyond the second floor.

Your purchase must be returned with all accessories, manuals, etc. The item must be in ‘factory new’ condition or if a used or restored instrument, the same condition it was in prior to leaving Nuernberger Piano Co. Incomplete returns, items that shows damage, wear, abuse or neglect, may be refused and/or could be subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. Send your return insured, use only professional piano moving companies. Refunds will be issued via the same method of original payment
